This place is nice, and has wi-fi, 24-hour security, and air conditioning. I fondly remember how the staff helped me with local delivery recommendations during my first stay. I highly recommend it for a comfortable experience. Coming back for Christmas!

location was OK, close to metro station not far away from city center with big shopping mall just 1 minute walk from it
hotel is very close to highway so it was quite 'rush and noisy'. anyhow good value for the price

It\s close to the metro station and provide free metro and city map. It's also close to the mall.
Locker for baggage storage is around 3 euro each time. One of the staff was very nice and helpful, the other is quite rude and inpatient.

A stay marred by rudeness
The location was superb, mere steps from the metro and a supermarket. Fresh croissants greeted each morning.
The experience was soured by dismissive staff and stifling room conditions. Every request seemed a burden to them, deeply disappointing for a place meant to be cute.

The location's sweet as, super close to the metro and a massive shopping centre. But breakfast was chaotic and lacked variety, like only having croissants.

Gorgeous hotel, our stay was very good.
The location was comfortable and decent, very close to the subway station with easy access to commercial centers and a large shopping mall. The staff was very amiable providing the information. We thoroughly enjoyed rooms with good bathroom❤

Fast access to attractions and nearby metro station.
My experience was marred by poor service from the reception staff. On arrival, they refused to assist with a payment issue, causing unnecessary stress. The room was cramped, and I struggled to find a place for my luggage due to its size. To make matters worse, the WiFi was unreliable.

As one leaves the Gallieni Metro station, one faces a shopping centre (mall) which is directly opposite the Mister Bed City Bagnolet - continuing in the same direction past the shopping mall. It is therefore very easy to locate and also very easy to access the public transport network. Furthermore, one has all the benefits of a shopping mall with restaurants, large discount supermarket, etc. right on your doorstep. Booking via the internet is also about Euro 10.00 (per person per night) cheaper than their walk-in price.
I found human hair, stains and long lines of shoe polish marks on the ironed(!) sheets. Upon mentioning this to the friendly receptionist and manager (it does help to be able to express yourself in [very basic] French), the manager inspected the sheets with me and immediately offered to have the linen replaced. The rest of the room was clean, but there's no coffee/tea available, only a kettle. Completely remove all top bedding - it looked as if someone had gone to bed wearing freshly polished black shoes, which I only saw when the manager came to inspect!

Consider asking the reception for recommendations on local eateries. Nearby options can often provide better prices than those immediately next to the hotel.

I loved the room. It was clean and had enough space to put all the stuff away. The location was wonderful, next to the subway station and huge shopping center.

The bed was surprisingly comfortable, and the A/C was a lifesaver in the heat! The shower pressure was great, perfect after long days out.
